I have been overweight all my adult life. I have lost 65lbs since November 2007. Using Shaklee's Cinch program. I plan to lose 120 lbs more equal to 1/2 my old weight. I believe the best weight program for each person is the one they can stick to. For me thats Cinch. I will help you get healthy, stay healthy, control your weight or achieve your dreams!
