- I am an agent for Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston. I work with both buyers and sellers. I have experience with both resale and new construction. If you need to buy or sell a home today, please contact me!

- I am excited to work with anyone that has a real estate need. I have helped buyers find new homes. I have listed resale and new construction homes. I have also helped with land purchases. I am married to a builder, so I am also available to guide clients through the pre-sale process. If you have a real estate need, I am here to help!

- I believe that good networking involves being a true and honest person in all of your dealings with all people every day. If you live a life of goodness and integrity...it will bring people to you. I start with my own children. It is my personal goal to keep my word to my children. Even something as small as telling them that if they eat three bites of peas, they get a cup of chocolate milk...I will keep my word. It is important to me that they learn to trust and therefore learn to become trustworthy. Simple honesty goes a long way in making great connections that will last a life time. I also rely on my network of colleagues. If there is a question I can't answer, I will turn to them to make sure that all information I give my clients is in their best interest.

- Tell us about you, what are some interests/hobbies ?
- I graduated from Meredith College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Music Degree in Choral Music Education and my North Carolina Teaching License. I was a Choral Director with Wake County Public Schools for four years. Though I still have a great passion for music and I teach voice and piano lessons on the side, I gave up teaching full-time so that I could provide the primary care for my two wonderful little boys. Through Real Estate I have a flexible schedule that allows me to be with my boys, work with my husband, and be around houses...another passion of mine. My father is in the building industry and my husband is a builder, so houses have a great presence in my life. I have always loved sketching floor plans, touring houses, and learning about the science behind how houses are built from my dad and my husband.
