We buy houses when homeowners need to sell fast. Whether they are in foreclosure, going through a divorce, job transfer, or simply don't want to mess with costly repairs. We meet with the homeowner to come up with a win-win solution for everyone.
We also offer FREE foreclosure assistance. Most individuals facing foreclosure would like to keep their home & stop the foreclosure. We will gladly consult with them (as much as necessary) and help to get qualified for the best solution. If they end up having to sell, we will buy their house if we can. AND, even if they don't have any equity in the house, many times we can still buy it.
We believe that every problem solution should create a win-win situation for everyone involved, the investors, the bank, but most of all the homeowner. We pledge to treat every customer with fairness and respect, and to keep each situation totally confidential.

- My ideal customer is someone who is very motivated to sell their house quickly. They are generally facing some type of "problem" property. These problems can be, but are not limited to: Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Divorce, Job Loss / Transfer, IRS Liens, Mechanics Liens, Estates, Ugly house, or REALLY Ugly House.
Ideal referral partners for me are Bankruptcy, Divorce, or Estate/Probate Attorneys; Mortgage Brokers; Real Estate Agents; other Investors; and everyone's neighbors (basically anyone who knows of a distressed property or situation).
