- I am a Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston. I use my knowledge and tools to create leverage for my clients. For people looking to sell a property, this means getting the most number of people possible to look at the property. For people looking to purchase a property, I will bring the most number of properties that fit their criteria to their fingertips. In both cases, it's simply a matter of supply and demand.
- Who is an ideal client/customer. Also who would be an ideal referral partner for you ?
- I mainly enjoy working with Real Estate investors or people who are looking to relocate into our area. However, I work with almost anyone that could use my services.
- Please share a good networking tip or suggestion for others to increase business.
- Keep it simple and stay in touch. It is much easier and cost effective to keep existing clients than to always look for new ones. If you treat them right, those existing clients will refer others to you, building your business.
- Tell us about you, what are some interests/hobbies ?
- My favorite hobbies are golf and spending time with my family. I also love investing, which mainly includes trading stocks, options, and real estate.
