- I am a real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston. I help buyers and sellers with their real estate needs in Wake, Harnett, and Johnston Counties. I look forward to be your trusted advisior helping you make good decisions in the real estate world.
- Who is an ideal client/customer. Also who would be an ideal referral partner for you ?
- Anyone relocating to the area. I relocated several years ago and did not have anyone I could turn to to ask questions about the area. I make myself available for people relocating to the area to help them with their biggest asset...Their home.
Ideal partners are anyone in the building trades ex- Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC, etc....

- Keep a book of business cards of everyone you meet. You never know when someone may need a service/prodcut and you have contact for them. You look like a hero to that person which also allows you to stengthen that relationship.

- I love to travel when the opportunity presents itself. I adore my 2 childern Jack and Jenna and always look to spend time with them. I enjoy sports across the board and always get fired up for March Madness
