The decision to begin a new endeavor in real estate was an easy one for me. Having personally bought and sold 7 houses in 5 States associated with job transfers, I have a full appreciation of the anxiety and stress one goes through when trying to sell or purchase a home. It is one, if not the biggest investment most of us make, and it is my goal to try my best to alleviate the concerns of my clients as they go through this process. I promise to provide the kind of customer service one expects and deserves, and is evidenced by the testimonials below. Although I work out of the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston Cary West Office, I live in Sunset Lake Village in Holly Springs, and I travel throughout Wake and surrounding counties to serve my clients real estate needs.

When I completed the NC Broker Licensing Course and passed the State exam, I had many brokerage businesses in the Triangle area wanting me to join their team. I did my research and decided to join the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston (HPW) team at the Cary West office. HPW provides more tools and support to the Realtor staff that allows them to give the best possible customer service to their clients – this is what sold me on HPW. The Cary Westand Kildare offices were also voted #1 for customer satisfaction in Western Wake Co – a real honor in this profession.

Who is an ideal client/customer. Also who would be an ideal referral partner for you ?

In the Real Estate profession, there is no such thing as an ideal client. Every homeower looking to sell or an individual looking to purchase a home, has unique requirements and needs. It is my responsibility to assist them to the best of my ability to achieve those needs and desires in the purchase or sale of a home. Having personally bought and sold 7 homes myself, I truly enjoy working with first time homebuyers and assisting them through the process for the first time. Sellers - I would like to speak with any seller, especially those that have listed their homes, but are frustrated with the current marketing efforts.

Use your sphere - they are your best referral source. Not only joining, but being an active member and partner in different networking groups such as Leads Groups, BNI groups, and your local Chamber of Commerce. By giving time and support to these organization and other groups, they will give in return.
