What ways have you found to " get past the screener" and get the appointment
I have found one helpful way is to say this is Wayne Clark calling for John Smith. I don't ask if he is in. I don't ask if he is available. This way I do not enable a roadblock that could be waiting. I believe this gets me through twice as often, but I still get screened by the best so I am waiting to hear your suggestions and tips.
